How do I get a box?
At Caribox, we operate differently from traditional subscription models. Here’s how it works:

  1. Join the Waiting List: Sign up for our pre-order list. You won’t be billed automatically for future boxes.
  2. Stay Updated: Once on the waiting list, you’ll receive notifications about our latest drops and when our boxes are ready for sale.
  3. Secure Your Box: When a new box is ready, you’ll be among the first to know and can purchase it directly without any obligation for future charges.

By joining our waiting list, you ensure you won’t miss out on our exclusive, limited-edition boxes filled with authentic Caribbean delights. Simply sign up on our website, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How often are boxes shipped?
Our boxes are shipped quarterly, providing a fresh and exciting collection of Caribbean delights four times a year. Our next boxes (Body Care Box and Food Box) are scheduled to ship this September, just in time for Fall.

Can I buy a single Caribox without subscribing?
Yes, we offer a Single Drop Model where you can purchase themed boxes tailored for specific holidays, such as Christmas. These one-time purchases are perfect for special occasions or as gifts.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal to ensure a smooth and safe transaction process.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively to customers in the USA. We are exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

How long does shipping take?
Once a box is released, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

What should I do if my box is damaged or missing items?
If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your box. We will promptly address the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or the missing items.

What is your refund and return policy?
At Caribox, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our curated Caribbean gift boxes. Only new, unused Cariboxes will be accepted for return in exchange for store credit or a refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving it. The box must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure the Caribox is wrapped in an outer poly bag or another box, as bare gift boxes without protective packaging or with missing contents will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Consumers can get a refund if a product is defective, not as described, or otherwise violates the terms of the sale. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, so please ensure Caribox is packaged securely when being returned.
